Contact support

Este conteúdo não está disponível em sua língua ainda.

The fastest way to reach staff about something specific to your account is a support ticket.

Opening a ticket

Go to Submit a request (/support/new) — you don’t need an account.

You’ll be asked for:

  • A category, if the platform has any set up.
  • A subject (up to 200 characters) and your message.
  • Up to 5 attachments, each up to 10 MB — images (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP), PDFs, or plain text.

If you’re not signed in, you’ll also give an email address (required — it’s how we reply) and complete a quick anti-spam check.

Your ticket reference

Every ticket gets a short reference like #7FBB0C51. It’s in the subject line of every email we send about it — leave it in place when you reply, and your message lands on the right ticket automatically.

Tracking and replying

Signed in: open Account → Support to see all your requests and their status, or go straight to a ticket to reply.

Not signed in: the confirmation email contains a private link to your ticket. It works for 30 days and doesn’t require an account. Keep the email — that link is the only way back to an anonymous ticket.

You can add one attachment to each reply.

What the statuses mean

StatusMeaning
OpenWith our team.
Awaiting your replyWe’ve asked you something and are waiting on you.
On holdPaused, usually waiting on something outside the ticket.
ResolvedWe believe it’s sorted.
ClosedFinished.

Replying to a resolved or closed ticket reopens it — you never need to file a fresh one to follow up.

Emailing us instead

You can email any of these directly. A ticket is created automatically and you’ll get the same reference number back.

AddressUse it for
[email protected]Anything — accounts, payments, playback, general questions.
[email protected] / [email protected]Copyright notices. See Copyright.
[email protected]Reporting abuse or serious rule-breaking.
[email protected]Legal correspondence.
[email protected]Privacy and data-protection requests. See Your data & privacy.

You’ll get an automatic acknowledgement when a new ticket is created — except for copyright and abuse mail, which goes straight to the team without an auto-reply.

  • Discord — the community and staff. Best for quick questions and “is it just me?” moments.
  • FAQ & troubleshooting — the common problems, solved.

Making a report

For content or behaviour that breaks the rules — harassment, spam, hate speech, sexual content — email [email protected] with links and, if you can, screenshots. Copyright complaints have their own process; see Copyright.
