Account & sign-in

Este conteúdo não está disponível em sua língua ainda.

Your Metin2Stream account lets you subscribe to channels, donate, save payment methods, post in chat, create clips, and follow your favourite creators.

Creating an account

  1. Select Sign up from the top-right of any page.
  2. Enter your email, a username, a password, and your date of birth.
  3. If email confirmation is enabled, open the message we send you and confirm your address before signing in.

You must be at least 16 to register. See Mature content & age for what your date of birth is used for.

Ways to sign in

Password

Use Log in with your email and password. If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, you’ll be asked for your code after your password.

Don’t want to type a password? Choose the magic-link option on the login page and enter your email. We send you both a sign-in link and a 6-digit code — use whichever is handier.

The link and code last 15 minutes. You can request a new one after a short wait, up to a few times an hour. If your account has 2FA, you’ll still be asked for your code.

Discord or Google

Continue with Discord or Continue with Google on the login or sign-up page works three ways:

  • Already linked — you’re signed straight in.
  • New here — you’re taken to a short step to finish creating an account (pick a username, confirm a few details). No password required; your account is created passwordless.
  • Matching email — if the provider gives a verified email matching an existing, confirmed Metin2Stream account, the two are linked automatically and you’re signed in.

2FA still applies when signing in this way.

Securing your account

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) — enable it in Account → Security to require a one-time code at sign-in.
  • Active sessions — review and sign out of devices in Account → Security.
  • Password — choose a unique one you don’t use elsewhere.

Sign-in alerts

We email you every time your account is signed into, including the approximate location, device, browser and IP address. A new device also lands in your notification bell. See Notifications.

Changing your email address

From Account → Settings, request an email change. To protect you if someone else gets into your account, it takes two confirmations:

  1. A message goes to your current address — confirm there first.
  2. A message goes to your new address — confirm there second.

Both links last 24 hours. Once the change completes, every session is signed out (including yours, so sign in again), and your old address gets a final “your email was changed” alert.

If a message doesn’t arrive, you can resend after a short cooldown, a limited number of times per day.

If an administrator resets your 2FA

Occasionally staff need to reset two-factor authentication on an account — for example, when someone has genuinely lost their authenticator and proven who they are.

If this happens on your account you’ll get an email saying a reset will complete automatically in 48 hours, with a Cancel this 2FA reset link.

If you did ask for it and let it run, 2FA is switched off at the scheduled time and you’ll be emailed to confirm — re-enable it as soon as you can.

Trouble signing in?

  • Double-check your email and password.
  • If you didn’t receive a confirmation, magic-link or reset email, check spam and allow a few minutes.
  • Locked out of your authenticator? Use your recovery options, or contact support.
  • Still stuck? See FAQ & troubleshooting or reach us on Discord.
