Clips

Clips are short, shareable highlights captured from a live stream — perfect for saving and sharing a great moment.

Creating a clip

1. While the stream is live, select the Clip button on the player.
2. Adjust the clip’s start and end.
3. Give it a title and create it.

Your clip is processed for a moment and then appears on the channel’s Clips tab and your own clips list.

Clips are live-only

You can only clip a stream while it’s happening. A moment you didn’t clip can’t be recovered from the past stream afterwards — so clip it as it happens.

Limits

• A clip can be up to 60 seconds long.
• You have to wait 30 seconds between clips on the same stream.

Permissions

Creators choose who can clip their channel: everyone, followers only, subscribers only, or nobody. If you can’t see the Clip button, the creator has restricted it.

Finding your clips

• Account → My Clips lists every clip you’ve created.
• Each channel has a Clips tab showing clips from that channel.
• Clips also appear in search.

Sharing & liking

Clips have their own page with a shareable link. Signed-in viewers can like clips.
