Account & sign-in

Your Metin2Stream account lets you subscribe to channels, donate, save payment methods, post in chat, create clips, and follow your favourite creators.

Creating an account

1. Select Sign up from the top-right of any page.
2. Enter your email, a username, and a password.
3. If email confirmation is enabled, open the message we send you and confirm your address before signing in.

Note

Your username is what other viewers and creators see in chat and on your profile. Some account details can be changed later from your profile settings.

Signing in

Use Log in with your email and password. If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, you’ll be asked for your code after your password.

Sign in with Discord or Google

You can also use Continue with Discord or Continue with Google on the login or sign-up page. The same button works three ways:

• Already linked — if that Discord/Google account is linked to your Metin2Stream account, you’re signed straight in.
• New here — if it isn’t linked to anyone, you’re taken to a short step to finish creating an account (pick a username and confirm a few details). No password is required — your account is created passwordless and signed in through the provider.
• Matching email — if the provider gives a verified email that matches an existing, email-confirmed Metin2Stream account, the two are linked automatically and you’re signed in.

If your account has 2FA enabled, you’ll still be asked for your code even when signing in with Discord or Google.

Note

Created your account passwordless via Discord/Google? You can add a password any time from Account → Security (“Set a password”) — handy as a backup way to sign in. You can manage which providers are connected from your profile settings.

Login alerts

For your security, we email you when your account is signed into, including the approximate location, device, browser, and IP address. You’ll also get a notification bell entry when a sign-in happens from a new device. If a login wasn’t you, change your password and review your active sessions.

Securing your account

• Two-factor authentication (2FA): enable it from your security settings to require a one-time code at sign-in.
• Active sessions: review and sign out of devices from your security settings.
• Password: choose a unique password you don’t use elsewhere.

Trouble signing in?

• Double-check your email and password.
• If you didn’t receive a confirmation or reset email, check spam and allow a few minutes.
